Loft Living Renovation

This never before renovated loft was original to its 1994 bones but we were destined to change that. Our clients scooped up this loft for a screaming deal and upon completion, listed it for well over the purchase price and construction costs. It wasn’t easy handing over the keys to the owners upon completion of this renovation and it took a while for the separation anxiety to subside.
