This 1984 home was renovated for wow factor and rental income. We gutted the kitchen and removed the wall separating the kitchen from the dining area then worked our way into the two original bathrooms. After tearing them apart, we put them back together again. Only this time, we used custom vanities, solid surface countertops, marble and ceramic tiles, and classy looking fixtures. We finished the space off by converting the solarium into a dining room with classic french doors which gave way for a desk and office space in the living room. Of course, no renovation would be complete without new flooring.
